Passionate about alignment and integrity within postures, Alex's classes educate, encourage and empower you through the connection of breath and mindful movement.
Alex took her first yoga class back in 2008, but it wasn't until 2013 that she discovered the pleasure and the power of a regular yoga practice. These years of practice have been ones of self-discovery both physically and mentally, and to build on this in 2017 Alex undertook her 200 hour yoga teacher training at SOULution Yoga under the tutelage of Bonnie Argo and Roz Penfold. Now, she is excited to share this practice of yoga with new and experienced yogis alike.
To each and every class, Alex brings a strong foundation of alignment coupled with a commitment to flow, connecting movement and breath. Her classes offer a space for you to work to your edge, stretch out, connect with self through a joyful and grounding yoga practice.
