Frequently Asked Questions & Policies

I'M new to the studio. What should i know before coming and what should i expect?

How do i sign-up for classes?

  1. Visit either the Braddon Schedule or the Lakeside Schedule

  2. Click the sign up link next to the class you would like to attend.

  3. Log in to our online system (If you’re new to the studio please visit this page to create an account)

  4. If you already have a pass or a membership, just confirm your reservation and you are all set!

  5. If you do not have a pass currently you will need to purchase one or pay for a drop-in class online in order to reserve your space in certain classes. 

How do I cancel a reservation?

  1. Log in to our Mindbody schedule.

  2. Click on MY INFO

  3. Then click on "MY SCHEDULE"

  4. There will be links next to each appointment giving the option to cancel

  5. Once cancelled your spot opens immediately to someone on the waiting list.

  6. If link reads late cancel, then a penalty will be applied to your account.

What is the Cancellations Policy?

Once you have a spot reserved in the class you may cancel ONLINE up to 2 HOURS prior to the start time of class without penalty. All unused classes are returned to your account for future use. If you see LATE CANCEL as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the cancellation time frame to cancel and penalties will be applied. There are no refunds made for payments made so please choose your classes carefully. If you reserve a space in a class and no-show, a penalty will also be assessed.

What are the penalties for late cancellation/no show?

  • Drop in's/Class Card Holders: You will lose the class purchase used to make the reservation

  • Membership Holders: You will lose one day off the duration of your membership

If you are not in the class by the start time, your place may be given to another student.

PLEASE NOTE: If you make a purchase in order to make your reservation and subsequently cancel prior to the late cancellation window, your drop-in/class card will remain on your account for future use. Our system will not process refunds in this instance and ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is for Regular Classes only. Workshops and Teacher Trainings have a different cancellation policy. 

Can i walk in/drop in to classes?

YES! We are happy to accept walk in's where space is available. We encourage all students to register online for any SOUL FORM, SOUL BARRE, PILATES, EVENING & WEEKEND classes in order to guarantee a spot, as classes may fill up in advance and drop-in space may not be available. 

what are the policies for Workshops & Master classes?

Workshop and Master Class purchases are non-refundable, but may in certain circumstances be transferred to another individual for the same event only by Studio Manager approval with at least 72 hours notice before the start of the event. Alternatively a studio credit LESS a $25 administrative fee will be issued to your account if you notify us in writing (info@soulutionyoga.com) at least 72 hours before the start of the event. No other refunds or credits are available under any circumstances. Class Cards and Memberships are not valid for workshops.

What are the policies for Teacher Trainings?

SOULution Mentorship Programs and Teacher Trainings are non-refundable. If you withdraw from a Teacher Training and a replacement can be found, a studio credit will be given minus your deposit. If a replacement cannot be found, no refund or credit will be given. Once the event has commenced no refunds or credits will be given. All deposits are non refundable.

What are the policies for Yoga Retreats?

SOULution Retreats are a package based trip. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the retreat you will eligible for a partial refund (minus the expenses of the venue). If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat your booking is entirely non-refundable. If you must withdraw from a Retreat and a replacement can be found, a refund will be given. If a replacement cannot be found, no further refunds or credits will be given. Once the event has commenced no refunds or credits will be given.
