Integrating a lifetime spent exploring movement, Hannah's classes offer a space to explore grace and control whether on the yoga mat, with a Pilates ring or at the barre.
Coming from a dance dominant background, Hannah discovered yoga 5 years ago as a rehabilitation tool and has since been captivated by yoga's ability to transform her life mentally, spiritually and physically. Completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at SOULution under the guidance of Bonnie Argo & Roz Penfold, she has embarked on the pathway of sharing the practice through teaching and intends to continue to develop her education and understanding across many forms of human movement.
Since discovering SOULution, Hannah has felt drawn to its nurturing community and found an instant sense of belonging. Combining her newly found strength and sense of grace from years of dancing, she was blown away by what her body and mind were capable of. With a background in both performing and teaching Dance, Hannah is a core part of the SOUL Barre facilitation team bringing a wealth of knowledge to make Barre accessible for all levels of students. Working closely with another of her Mentors, Diana Haddow, Hannah is excitedly pursuing an education in Pilates.
Hannah strives to share her immense love for teaching, yoga and physical expression, creating a compassionate environment for her students to experience a physical and mental journey in every class.
