Kristy's classes are infused with her grounded nature and offer an opportunity to explore mindfulness through movement.
Kristy took her first yoga class in 2010 and instantly found the lessons within the four walls of the yoga studio powerful and all encompassing. Yoga became an opportunity for self-exploration and opened the door to a better connection between her body and mind.
Kristy has worked as a Personal Trainer and began teaching Yin Yoga in 2017. In 2018 she completed her 200 hour teacher training at SOULution Yoga under Bonnie Argo and Roz Penfold. Teaching yoga provides the opportunity to be a part of a conversation which encourages people to get to know and ultimately find peace within their mind and body.
Kristy has experienced countless moments of humility and growth within the yoga practice and is inspired by the teachers and students she has had the privilege of sharing the practice with. She wishes to share the many lessons she has learnt and as many smiles as is possible with others.
