As a strength and conditioning coach, Matty started yoga in 2013 to learn more about mobility. Combining yoga with weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit and gymnastics he swiftly experienced yoga's ability to enhance sporting performance, provide mental clarity and reduce predisposition to injury.
After exploring many schools of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Power Yoga, Matty found a home for his practice at SOULution completing his 200hr SOULution Yoga Teacher Training under Bonnie Argo and Roz Penfold. Matty's classes foster a sense of belonging that will allow you to safely challenge your perceived physical and mental limitations through daily yoga practice.
