Michelle has been practising yoga for 15 years, originally taking it up as cross training for dance. Having realised the healing power of yoga during her own rehabilitation from injury, Michelle was inspired to share yoga with others and completed her initial teacher training under Sunny Richards in Vinyasa Krama, Peter Clifford in Hatha and Five Elements yoga, and Layananda Saraswati in Meditation and Kundalini Yoga. Michelle has additionally studied Zen meditation under Hamid Ebadi. Having joined the SOULution community, Michelle experienced first-hand the improvements to her practice from Soulflow yoga classes, and completed a second teacher training with Bonnie Argo and Roz Penfold at SOULution Yoga. With a diverse background in dance and multiple yoga trainings, Michelle has a revitalised passion in intelligent sequencing and the grace of movement.
