Shelby's classes are a mix of fluid movements and dynamic flows, all married together with her nurturing nature and sense of humour
After graduating University, Shelby took a big gap year, doing 6 snow seasons teaching snowboarding, and eventually followed her heart to Canberra. Like snowboarding, she finds that yoga brings her to the present moment and her mat serves as her home away from home. She found yoga was something that also kept her mind and body resilient. She attended SOULution Yoga Teacher Training in Govinda Valley where she learned principles of anatomy and how they should be regarded when planning vinyasa and restorative yoga sequences. She hopes to show that anyone can apply yoga to their lives, no matter where they are at!
