Wilma has been practicing yoga for almost a decade. While initially drawn to the physical aspects of the practice, she soon developed a passion for the self-forgetful stillness that comes from focused attention to movement.
It wasn't until she relocated to Canberra for work in 2015, that Wilma discovered the joyous nature of regular yoga practice. Wilma is grateful for all of the little pleasures yoga brings, for lifting her mood after class, for giving her confidence and strength, and for making her feel apart of a community.
With the aim of sharing her passion for yoga with others, Wilma completed her 200-hour teacher training at SOULution yoga under the guidance of Master Teachers Bonnie Argo and Roz Penfold. Wilma brings her positive and determined attitude to each and every yoga class, and is committed to providing her students with an alignment focused physical practice that nurtures a sense of stillness.
