 Jess offers a space for everyone to be received as they are, and de-mystifies the common barriers when first beginning a yoga practice.

As an ICU nurse, Jess has used her personal practice as a way to find some quiet on the mat, to set her mindstate before work and to reset from shift work. Passionate about making yoga an inclusive environment, Jess loves to share Foundations classes. She has completed the SOULution Yoga Teacher Training at the 200 hour level and is pursuing further studies with SOUL. Whilst she loves a strong physical practice and the empowerment that can bring, she also enjoys Restorative Flow as a means of movement meditation and loves to share that with students when she teaches.
