Getting Started is Simple
You don't need to be fit, flexible, or athletic. Your simple desire to learn and create a healthy habit is more than enough. Check our class descriptions for detailed information to help you choose what's right for you.
01 Complete Your Health Assessment
Fill out a brief Health Assessment and Waiver before your first class. This is required before you can book classes.
02 Purchase Your Intro Offer
10 days unlimited for $55. This special rate is only available for first-time students and can be purchased online or at the studio.
03 Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to sign in, orient yourself, and settle in. Latecomers are not admitted to classes.
04 Come As You Are
Wear comfortable workout clothing. Yoga is practiced barefoot. We sell mats and props at the studio, or rent mats.
