Ashleigh offers depth of understanding with movement and biomechanics, and combines her lighthearted joy with a deeply grounded depth
Ashleigh is a qualified Exercise Physiologist who’s been working in the movement and wellness space since graduating in 2015. She completed her Mat Pilates training in 2017 and began her yoga journey in 2018. Initially drawn to the strong physical aspects of the practice, she’s since developed a deep appreciation for the philosophy and grounding nature of yoga.
In 2024, Ashleigh completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Soulution, further expanding her passion for helping others move with purpose and presence. Her classes blend creative sequencing, breath awareness, and thoughtful guidance to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all bodies and experience levels.
Ashleigh loves supporting people to connect with themselves through movement—whether it’s in a strong, flowing sequence or a slower, more mindful practice.
