21 Day Challenge
21 Days is the perfect space for you to identify goals, establish daily health and wellbeing habits, practice mindfulness, experience yourself with greater awareness and connect with community.
With meetings to gain tools for meditation and mindfulness, as well as discuss ancient yoga philosophy, this program offers the framework to support you creating a routine that supports your body, mind and spirit.
21 Day Format
- 6 day studio practice per week
- 1 rest day per week
- Classes of choice per day
- Daily meditation (with support on building your meditation practice)
- Gratitude practices and intention setting
- Yoga Philosophy

21 Day Challenge Meeting Schedule:
1st Meeting: February 10th (6.30pm-8.00pm)
2nd Meeting: February 17th (6.30pm-8:00pm)
3rd Meeting: February 24th (6.30pm-8:00pm)
4th Meeting: March 3rd (6.30pm-8:00pm)
This challenge is taking place at BOTH Braddon and Lakeside, with a designated single studio required for the full challenge including the meetings.

Existing Members (holding an active 1 month, 3 month, 6 month/direct debit or 12 month membership - 3 week trial and starter month do not apply. Membership must be active for the full challenge.) = $75 ($55 Concession)
Non Members = $225 ($190 Concession)
(Non Members price include all 4 Sunday meetings and unlimited classes in the relevant studio location during the 21 day period following the 1st meeting)
