Sharda offers a gentle strength and deeply calming prescence in her classes
Sharda began her yoga journey in Melbourne in 2011. What started as an exploration of movement and mindfulness transformed into practice of consistency, and a passion for sharing yoga and the benefits it brings in all its forms.
Sharda completed the 200-hour Teacher Training under the guidance of Bonnie Argo and Roz Penfold at SOULution Yoga in 2022. Sharda aims for inclusivity in her classes, while ensuring a strong focus on alignment and breath. With the essence of yoga at the forefront, Sharda aims to share the true nature of the practice in an authentic and balanced way. It is the idea of sharing the offerings of yoga with the community, which Sharda truly finds joy in.
Sharda continues to be drawn to the mat to find her sense of grounding and peace, and this is something she strives to share through her teachings.
